Lipstick & Oil™ was born out of a real moment — a moment many women know too well. One day, overwhelmed by the pressures of being a “corporate girlie,” Dr. Mya P. Miller stepped out of a meeting, tears in her eyes, and called her mother from the restroom. She confessed how hard it felt to carry so much, to show up strong, and to navigate demanding spaces while still trying to hold herself together.

“Girlfriend, put your lipstick on and walk in your oil.”

That reminder, to embrace her femininity and her anointing — became the foundation of a movement. From that moment, Lipstick & Oil™ was born.
